Terms and Conditions for The Cleaning Spell

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Cleaning Spell’s services. By engaging The Cleaning Spell, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

The Cleaning Spell provides cleaning services based on the agreed-upon scope of work and the specific details outlined in the contract or service agreement. Any modifications or additions to the initial agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the agreed-upon cleaning tasks. Payment methods and specific due dates are outlined in the contract or service agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to The Cleaning Spell at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to do so may result in the full service fee being charged.

4. Liability

The Cleaning Spell is not responsible for any damage to property that is not directly caused by our cleaning procedures. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

6. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Cleaning Spell regarding the provision of cleaning services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
